About the Role
On behalf of our client, a unique and luxury Car Dealership, Mayday Personnel are recruiting a skilled Service Technician for an immediate start. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday with ½ Saturday on a 1in3 rota. Training and support are provided, with excellent development opportunities available to help you grow within your career.
Requirements
Duties include:
Carrying out vehicle services and repairs in accordance with brand technical standards.
Working in accordance with brand and dealership processes.
Liaising directly with customers where appropriate.
Providing support to less experienced colleagues.
Attending regular training to update technical skills.
Ensuring that the immediate working environment is kept clean and devoid of any working practice which may be hazardous to either themselves or others.
Skills and Experience:
Must have the relevant qualifications (i.e. City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ etc.)
Previous work experience in a franchise dealership
Highly skilled in fault diagnosis and hold the relevant MOT Tester qualification.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Commitment to delivering first class customer service.
Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
