We’re on the lookout for an experienced, passionate and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team as part of our continued growth plans.
Ideally, you’ll have experience within Industrial or Driving recruitment and a solid understanding of working a 360 recruitment desk, but if you’ve got strong temp recruitment experience in a similar sector and know how to make a desk work, we’re definitely interested in hearing from you.
Requirements
What’s the role?
You’ll take the reins of your own warm temp desk, managing the full recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to winning business, filling shifts and building relationships that last.
You’ll be trusted to make the desk your own, grow it and get stuck in — with the support of our Office Manager when you need it.

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who:
Ideally has Industrial or Driving recruitment experience is preferred—but we are open to someone with similar industry experience
Has genuine 360 recruitment experience and understands the importance of both candidates and clients
Is self-motivated, ambitious, and organised
Is a confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
Is target-driven without needing someone waving a spreadsheet in their face every five minutes!
Has experience of having an out of hours mobile (preferred)
Most importantly, has a great sense of humour and enjoys working with people
