About the Role
Mayday Personnel is on the lookout for dedicated and motivated Heavy Plant and Car Lashers to join our team at Southampton Docks. Your role will involve strapping down and securing heavy equipment for international shipments, requiring physical strength and adaptability.
We provide comprehensive training and high-visibility gear to ensure your success in this dynamic environment.
Requirements
Duties:
Working with the team to efficiently lash and unlash vehicles and heavy equipment during vessel loading and unloading times
Requirements:
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
Physical fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
