Customer Service Representative

Location: Romsey (SO51)                                                 

Position: Temp to perm 

Hours: Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm                                      

Salary: £9.50p/h

We are recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant in Hythe, SO45.
Our client provides expert Insurance advice to clients around Hampshire. The successful candidate will be working alongside a friendly, experienced team supplying a high level of customer service to all current and new clients.  This is a permanent position, working 15 hours per week, hours are flexible.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • To assist with all aspects of administration

  • Accurately input data and information onto systems

  • Ensure that the relevant business systems are up to date

  • Processing of pre-populated letters

  • Respond to email queries and create outbound emails as necessary

  • Deliver excellent customer service

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have previous experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team

  • Positive, can-do attitude

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential

  • An ability to use your own initiative, and work independently and as part of a team

  • Ensure that your quality and timeliness of work is in line with policies and procedures

  • IT proficiency is essential
