Customer Service Representative
Location: Romsey (SO51)
Position: Temp to perm
Hours: Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm
Salary: £9.50p/h
We are recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant in Hythe, SO45.
Our client provides expert Insurance advice to clients around Hampshire. The successful candidate will be working alongside a friendly, experienced team supplying a high level of customer service to all current and new clients. This is a permanent position, working 15 hours per week, hours are flexible.
Duties will include, but not limited to:

To assist with all aspects of administration

Accurately input data and information onto systems

Ensure that the relevant business systems are up to date

Processing of pre-populated letters

Respond to email queries and create outbound emails as necessary

Deliver excellent customer service
Skills and Experience:

Must have previous experience in a similar role

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to work alone and as part of a team

Positive, can-do attitude

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential

An ability to use your own initiative, and work independently and as part of a team
