Sales Administrator
On behalf of our client, a unique and luxury Car Dealership, Mayday Personnel are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient processing of new corporate and multi-national fleet company orders.
Location: Hedge End (SO30)
Position: Permanent
Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: £26,000 p/a
Duties include, but not limited to:

Liaising with Sales teams and Vehicle Supply to process vehicle orders in line with the sales order.

Completing all pre-delivery related administration (e.g. vehicle registration utilising AFRL, insurance, road tax.)

Completing all contingency claims and updating the fleet team of any issues and discrepancies.

Providing general support to the Corporate Sales team keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that may arise relating to their sales.

Entering vehicle job sheet details onto dealer management system to ensure records regarding pre-delivery work hours requirements are accurate and up to date.

Working with Aftersales teams to ensure completion of service invoice costs and daily update of workshop control list for Sales Work /Preparation.

Managing the stock management system reporting any technical problems as necessary.

Keeping stock list records complete and up to date.

Personal Specification:

Previous experience in a similar position desirable.

Must be PC, Microsoft and web literate.

Ability to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.

High attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
